I’ve fixed the links to last semesters’ podcasts. We’ll take a look at a couple in class, but feel free to take a gander before hand if you would like. They are located at http://toddjensen.net/scc2. As I mentioned in class last Saturday, please come to class with the following:

Flash drive, sometime called jump drives, remember the most important feature is storage (512 MB+)
Ideas for your first podcast, including photos, powerpoints, etc. on you jump drive.
Delicious account if possible, as well as some photo sharing location such as flickr.com.
A bit of familiarity with iTunes.

2nd Week of Class

I am getting excited for Saturday - I am planning on brining my laptop. My boss has given me 2 programs to work with - Snapkast and Camtasia - I am hoping one of them can do the job for me. I am still hoping to do a couple of practice rounds before Saturday - but it is a busy week with school coming up, so not sure if I will get that done.

I am also planning on bringing 2 mic’s if anyone needs to borrow one. One is much higher quality (I think) but the other is portable so that is nice.

Does everyone have material ready? I may have to pull an old school “all-nighter” to get some PowerPoints together for Saturday!

Malone Foundation Podcast

Create a pudcast, complete with pictures, music and audio, decribing the history and contributions of the Malone Center in over the last 75 years. The podcast will be updaated periodically to add content on current development for going forward.

Wellness Corner Podcast

One of the new features of the Continuum Website is the Wellness Corner. It is a bunch of information, resources and links based on a quarterly topic. I am responsible for the November topic and would like to include a podcast either about that topic or about the Wellness Corner feature.
